I embrace the diverse tools of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine including: Needling, Moxibustion, Cupping, Gua Sha, Massage, and Qi Gong. My nutritional approach is celebratory of food's centrality to life, and is informed by traditional food cultures and sustainability. Small steps nutritionHolistic Nutrition coachI’m a Holistic Nutrition Coach dedicated to supporting women’s health with a focus on hair loss. With so much information available, I know it is easy to feel overwhelmed and confused, especially with all the conflicting advice out there. That’s why I created Small Steps Nutrition, to help cut through the noise and provide clear, compassionate guidance as you navigate your changing health as a woman.
My path into holistic health began years ago through my own struggles with gut health. That experience sparked my curiosity about how food and nutrition impact the body, leading me to immerse myself in learning and eventually complete my training at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition ™ Drawing on my background as a social worker in the healthcare field and as a professional being certified in Holistic Nutrition, I take a whole body approach. I look at the complete person, not just symptoms, and work with you to create a personalized, realistic plan that fits your life and supports your health through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes. I offer 1 on 1 nutrition coaching for women who want to make changes to their health. Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It starts with one small step.
