Holistic Bodywork

Erin Mackenzie

Reiki Master & indian head massage Practitioner

As a certified Usui Reiki Master since 2011, Indian Head Massage Practitioner, and Buccal & Lymphatic Facialist, I offer a blend of therapeutic touch, energy work, and intuitive care to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

After nearly two decades working in the fast-paced world of TV and film, I came to understand firsthand how stress, overstimulation, and constant demands can affect the body, mind, and nervous system. This experience has deeply shaped the way I hold space for my clients—with presence, compassion, and a genuine respect for the body's need to slow down, feel safe, and return to balance.

My work combines Reiki, Ayurvedic-based Indian Head Massage, Buccal & Lymphatic Facial Massage, facial cupping, and intuitive guidance to create personalized, restorative treatments.

Indian Head Massage focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face, using rhythmic massage, pressure-point work, and therapeutic touch to help relieve physical tension, encourage circulation, and calm the nervous system.

Buccal & Lymphatic Facial Massage is a restorative and sculpting facial treatment that combines gentle lymphatic drainage with intraoral (inside the mouth) massage to release deeper jaw and facial tension. This treatment encourages circulation and lymphatic flow, helps reduce puffiness, and promotes a naturally lifted and radiant appearance. It offers a unique balance of therapeutic release and natural facial rejuvenation.

Usui Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, emotional balance, and a sense of grounding. With over 15 years of experience as a Reiki Master, I intuitively tailor each session to support the individual, whether through a standalone Reiki treatment or a holistic combination with Indian Head Massage.

I offer Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Buccal & Lymphatic Facial Massage, and holistic combination sessions, with each treatment thoughtfully tailored to the individual.

Whether you're seeking relief from physical tension, support with stress and nervous system regulation, natural facial rejuvenation, or simply a quiet moment to yourself, my intention is to provide a comfortable, nurturing space where you can fully relax, restore, and reconnect.

My treatments may be supportive for:

Marisa Mar

POSTPARTUM PRACTITIONER, MENSTRUALITY MENTOR

Marisa’s services are offered primarily in the comfort of your home

For more information on services visit https://www.ravenandritual.com/

The heart of Marisa’s work is rooted in supporting women through the cycles and seasons of their lives.

She has completed international training in Menstruality Leadership and girls mentoring and facilitates spaces for women and girls to develop a deeper relationship with their cyclical nature.

After a decade as a Registered Massage Therapist, Marisa’s work evolved into postpartum care after experiencing firsthand the profound benefits of postpartum rituals following the births of her own children. This experience sparked a deeper interest in the importance of caring for women during the transition into motherhood.

She went on to study Ayurvedic Postpartum Care and today her work takes place in the comfort of her client's home, where she offers warm herbal oil massage (abhyanga), belly wrapping, herbal baths and nourishing teas to mothers in the early weeks after birth. Her approach is rooted in the belief that postpartum care is not a luxury, but an important part of a woman’s transition, restoration and wellbeing.

Her studies in holistic nutrition and Qigong have continued to support her work, and she remains a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about the many ways we can support women’s health and wellbeing throughout their lives.

She is a mother first, a lover of rituals, and a born and raised Metchosinite who appreciates a good flannel and a pair of gumboots. She is honoured to be able to bring her services to the community that gave her roots and a place that will always be home.
